I’m not a horse expert (Horsexpert) but I’ve met a few hooved friends, and they are basically couches with Extreme Anxiety who think they are living in Silent Hill.
They won’t do well in space.
Also I don’t think their digestion area will allow them to live long without gravity????
Awesome first episode Boyos.
Wonderful pilot episode – I thoroughly enjoyed listening. Race horses and show horses have flown all over the world for decades. There are planes built specifically for them. Airfare is prohibitive to all but the very wealthy.

Looking forward to the next episode.
Kind of related, but the plot of Final Fantasy 6 kind of revolves around the first question. The premise is that in the old days magic was common. Then after a big war, it was simply forgotten. In the “present day”, people are using steam engines and such to power machines and some people do use projectile weapons, although I don’t know if they use literal guns or not. One of the focal points of the game is magic being relearned. Most people know it exists, but most thought it was permanently lost.
Oh, man! I can’t believe we didn’t talk about Magitek!
An excellent start to what seems will be an excellent podcast!
